Welcome to the Copcut Rise web resource.
Capita Lovejoy have submitted an outline planning application on behalf of William Davis Limited for residential development, employment land, community facilities, access and infrastructure on land to the southwest of Droitwich Spa.
The vision for the site:
The proposed development will be designed as a sustainable urban extension and provide a mix of houses, jobs, open spaces and local facilities. This new community will be integrated with the surrounding neighbourhoods through new and improved public transport, pedestrian and cycle links. The retention of existing mature woodland, individual trees and hedgerows will help to integrate development onto the site, creating a distinctive sense of place from day one.
